Yay we have already been donated a trampoline and swings for our LEAP project!  Thank you Jesus! 

Our talented Mongamo spent the week designing what we have now come to call the LUKHANYISO ELUXOLWENI ACTIVITY PARK (LEAP)! We shared this dream with the boys and to say they were excited is an understatement! They were ecstatic!  And our youngest little boy went running to fetch all the boys to see this dream which incorporated all their ideas....soccer field; swings; jungle gym etc.... Our LEAP DREAM From DUST to DREAMS...... The garden as it is now Play ground  Soccer field  The LEAP Dream And the boys all looking in....the excitement was so precious "Look look .... I'm never leaving here; this is amazing ...." To see the smiles on these boys faces was so priceless...  Is if is time to turn dust into dreams and dreams into reality! TOGETHER WE CAN!

Mongamo sat with the boys and asked them to dream about what they would like to see in their garden.... The boys mentioned - a soccer field - a swimming pool - a jungle gym - swings - soccer goal posts  And post the dreaming session, the first rough sketch is drawn by the talented, Mongamo! Watch this space as this project takes shape!

Values based society.... Why has happened in South Africa to cause such moral degeneration and lack of values?

A great time in Bathurst.... Mongamo and I discussed and dreamt about the Lukhanyiso Arts, Crafts and cultural village which will be on the Village. This will be key to skill development; job creation and sustainability of Lukhanyiso Village! Gladys will starting using the material books we have been dontatwd by Emma Cooper to make toys for Lukhanyiso to sell and the profits go towards the running costs of the Children's home!
